How to sign up

  1. Open sign-up

    Enter your email and a name for your workspace, like “acme”. Your workspace is your own space: nobody else sees it.

  2. Pass a quick check

    A short check that you’re a person.

  3. Open the link we email you

    It comes from [email protected], works once, and lasts 30 minutes. It opens the console: choose “Make my workspace”.

  4. Keep your access key safe

    Your first access key is shown once, right there. Copy it and keep it somewhere safe; it can’t be shown again.

  5. Start booking

    Use the key in the live playground, or give it to your developers for your app. You start on the free Developer beta.

How to subscribe

  1. Open Billing

    In the console, choose Billing. Or use the Plan card in the live playground’s Account panel.

  2. Choose a plan

    Choose Starter or Choose Scale.

  3. Pay on Stripe

    Pay by card on Stripe’s secure checkout page; we never see your card details. Stripe charges the first month straight away.

  4. Your plan switches

    Back in Billing, the new plan shows once Stripe confirms the payment. Its limits apply within a minute.

To change or cancel, choose Manage billing in the same place. It opens Stripe’s customer portal.

Good to know.

When is my card charged?
When you subscribe, Stripe charges your card for the first month. After that it charges once a month, on the same day, until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars; if tax is due where you are, it’s shown before you pay.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime. In Billing, choose Manage billing to open Stripe’s customer portal. There you can switch between Starter and Scale, update your card, see your invoices, or cancel. A switch is prorated, so you pay only the difference. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you’ve paid for; then your workspace goes back to the free Developer beta, and everything you’ve stored is kept.
Can I get a refund?
We don’t refund part of a month, but if we charged you by mistake, we refund it in full. If you subscribe as a consumer in the UK or the EU, you can cancel within 14 days and get back what you paid, less the days you used. Refunds and cancellation →
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing you’ve booked is lost, and you always get a clear answer saying why. Too many requests in a minute: wait a few seconds and try again. All of the month’s bookings and changes used: new ones wait for the next month, and looking up your schedule still works. All your calendars or resources in use: move up a plan to add more. A bigger plan’s limits apply within a minute.
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes. Give the assistant your own Anthropic key in the live playground, and its runs are on your key: they never count against your plan. Without one, runs use our AI key, up to your plan’s number a month.
Which plan do I start on?
Every new workspace starts on the free Developer beta. Move up to Starter or Scale from Billing whenever you need more.
What does every plan include?
Everything on What you can do. Plans differ only in how much you can book and how fast, never in what you can do.
